After downloading the driver, extract the contents of the ZIP file to a folder of your choice. Keep this folder available, as you will need it later during the installation.
Open the Windows printer settings and select the option to add a printer.
If the printer is not automatically detected, select “The printer that I want isn’t listed.”

Dopo aver scaricato il driver, estrarre il contenuto del file ZIP in una cartella a scelta. Conservare la cartella, poiché sarà necessaria successivamente durante l'installazione.
Aprire le impostazioni delle stampanti di Windows e selezionare l'opzione per aggiungere una stampante.
Se la stampante non viene rilevata automaticamente, selezionare “La stampante desiderata non è nell'elenco.”

Select “Add a printer using an IP address or hostname.”
Enter the required information as shown in the example. (Replace the IP according to the information received on the printer of your interest by ICT).

Selezionare “Aggiungi una stampante utilizzando un indirizzo IP o un nome host.”
Inserire le informazioni richieste come mostrato nell'esempio. (Sostituire l'indirizzo IP con quello comunicato dall'ICT).

When Windows asks you to select the printer driver, click “Have Disk…”.

Quando Windows richiede di selezionare il driver della stampante, fare clic su “Disco driver…”.

Browse to the folder where you previously extracted the Kyocera driver files.
Navigate through the folders until you locate the appropriate .inf file, as shown in the example, then select it and click “Open.”

Accedere alla cartella in cui sono stati precedentemente estratti i file del driver Kyocera. Navigare tra le cartelle fino a individuare il file .inf appropriato, come mostrato nell'esempio, quindi selezionarlo e fare clic su “Apri.”

You can now select “Kyocera TaskAlfa 2554ci” from the list of available printer models, as shown in the example

A questo punto è possibile selezionare “Kyocera TaskAlfa 2554ci”  dall'elenco dei modelli di stampante disponibili, come mostrato nell'esempio.

Click “Next” to continue.
Enter a name for the printer and, when prompted about printer sharing, select “Do not share this printer.” Complete the remaining steps of the wizard. The printer is now installed and ready to be configured or used.

Fare clic su “Avanti” per continuare.
Assegnare un nome alla stampante e, quando viene richiesto se condividere la stampante, selezionare “Non condividere questa stampante.” Completare gli ultimi passaggi della procedura guidata. La stampante è ora installata e pronta per essere configurata o utilizzata.
