This guide explains how to use the whiteboard, schedule meetings, and solve the most common issues.
Press the Power button.
Wait for the Android system to finish booting.
Enter the whiteboard PIN: 1999
If required, use the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse available in the room.
If the device asks for an unknown password or PIN, contact the Help Desk.
The whiteboard does not power on
Please contact the Help Desk.
No network connection
Please contact the Help Desk.
Unknown password or PIN requested
Do not attempt multiple login attempts, Contact the Help Desk.
The Bluetooth keyboard does not work
Verify that the keyboard power switch (located on the rear right side) is turned on.
If the issue persists, contact the Help Desk.
The Bluetooth mouse does not work
Verify that the mouse power switch (located on the back) is turned on.
If the issue persists, contact the Help Desk.
An application is not working correctly
If possible, note any error message displayed on the screen before contacting support.
If Zoom displays a permission request asking to access devices such as:
802.11ax WLAN Adapter
GD32 USB CDC ACM
select Cancel.
The camera will continue to work normally.
If "OK" is selected by mistake
Zoom will no longer detect the camera.
To restore normal operation:
Close Zoom.
Restart the whiteboard.
Launch Zoom again.
