Connect the Jabra Speak 710

Use the Jabra Speak 710 as the speaker and microphone for Meet, Zoom or Teams.

Before you begin

Make sure that:

the Jabra Speak 710 is sufficiently charged
the whiteboard is switched on and ready to use

Connection procedure

1. Turn on the Jabra Speak 710

Press the Power button on the Jabra Speak 710.

The device will switch on and its status indicators will light up.

Connect the Jabra USB adapter to the indicated USB 3.0 port.

2. Connect the Jabra USB adapter

While the Jabra Speak 710 is still in pairing mode, insert the supplied Jabra USB Bluetooth adapter into the indicated USB 3.0 port on the front of the interactive whiteboard.

3. Activate Bluetooth pairing mode

Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the Jabra Speak 710 until the device enters pairing mode.

The Bluetooth indicator should begin flashing, showing that the Jabra is ready to establish a connection.

4. Wait for the connection

It may take about 20/30 seconds for the Jabra Speak 710 to connects to the USB adapter.

Once the connection has been established, the Bluetooth indicator should stop flashing becaming fixed light blue.

The Jabra Speak 710 is now ready to be used.

Troubleshooting

The Jabra is not detected

Disconnect the USB adapter from the whiteboard and repeat the procedure in the following order:

Turn on the Jabra Speak 710
Insert the USB adapter into the whiteboard
Activate Bluetooth pairing mode

The Jabra disconnects when a meeting starts

Do not connect the Jabra directly from the Bluetooth settings of the whiteboard. Use the supplied USB Bluetooth adapter and repeat the connection procedure described above.
